Chad and Katy Ruhoff founded Ruhoff Home Builders, Inc. in 1998. Ruhoff Home Builders have currently built more than 100 homes in the Eugene-Springfield area. Many of these homes were custom designed and built as a collaboration between Ruhoff Home Builders and their clients. We strive to maintain 50% custom homes and 50% speculative projects.

Aaron Solbeck joined Ruhoff Home Builders in 2001 as our Construction Manager. A dynamic team was created with the three principals of the company. Katy Ruhoff, who has a CPA license, manages the fiscal and accounting for the business. Chad Ruhoff does sales and design work for the company. In 2006, Jason Bosch came to work for Ruhoff Home Builders as the Field Superintendent.

Chad Ruhoff was the 2005 President of the Home Builders Association of Lane County and is a Certified Master Builder. He is also a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Oregon.

Ruhoff Home Builders has designed and built many different styles of homes, from Mediterranean to Tudor, but specialize in European and Craftsmen styling. The attention to detail is apparent when you tour one of Ruhoff Home Builders superbly crafted homes.
